What is a Rep Sneaker?

Of course, you can still get the photos for quality check before purchase in order to authorise the shipment.

What is your global shipping policy and how long does it take to ship?

We provide shipping service for our global customers, the shipping time is usually 6-15 days, depending on the destination and the efficiency of the logistics company. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on the following factors:

  • Destination distance: more distant countries or regions may require longer shipping time.
  • Peak logistics periods: During holidays or special sales periods, the shipping time may be extended due to the increased volume of material flow.

When I purchased through WhatsApp, but I changed my mind, I want to exchange or cancel the order, what should I do?

Generally, if you are unsure about your chosen product, we recommend that you do not purchase it.

Please let us know as soon as possible. We have an automated order management system which is routed directly to the factory that produces the footwear you have purchased. If the factory has not yet processed your order, we can still cancel it, otherwise we will not be able to accept your cancellation request and your order will continue to be processed.
